Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) - is one of the nation's premier public radio organizations. With headquarters in the heart of downtown St. Paul, Minnesota Public Radio operates a regional network of 37 stations, covering Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin, the Dakotas, Michigan, Iowa and Idaho

Operating as American Public Media, Minnesota Public Radio is also the country's biggest station-based producer of national public radio programs.

Minnesota Public Radio | American Public Media and the Fitzgerald Theater are nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organizations. Additional information about tax-exempt status and regulations can be obtained from the Internal Revenue Service. Minnesota Public Radio is a recipient of a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, America's largest independent evaluator of charities, and meets all standards of the Charities Review Council.

About Real Estate Donations

Minnesota Public Radio partnered with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) to process donations in the form of real estate assets. Properties in any location, condition, and format are eligible for donation to MPR. Back taxes, mortgage balances, and deferred maintenance do not prohibit your ability to donate. Our program covers all loans, liens, commissions, and closing costs so long as there is equity in the property.

If you have a land, residential, or commercial real estate asset that is unused or costing you money, consider giving back to the station you love by donating it to MPR. As a result, you may also be eligible for a significant tax deduction!
